Sales Operations Manager

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Sales Operations Manager to support our Business Development and Sales Team.

As a Sales Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Chief Commercial Officer and the Business Development Team, optimising sales processes, and ensuring the efficient functioning of our sales operations. Your primary focus will be on CRM management, contract management, data analysis, and sales support to help drive sales effectiveness and contribute to the overall success of our Business Development operation.

Main duties
  • CRM (Hubspot) Management: Oversee the administration and maintenance of the Hubspot platform that the Business Development Team use as their CRM of choice. Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity while providing user support and training to the team. 
  • Contract Management and Sales Support – Collaborate with the team to provide support in maintaining sales collateral, sales presentations, and proposals.  Maintain our contract database ensuring completeness and accuracy of contracts in accordance with the contract management process.  Build and maintain expiring contract map and work with the Business Development team to ensure contract renewal in a timely manner.  
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting – Working closely with the CCO and finance, assist in the sales forecasting process by collecting and analysing data, evaluating pipeline health, and reporting on sales performance against targets. 
  • Data Analysis – Analyse sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and sales trends to generate insightful reports and dashboards. Provide actionable recommendations to sales leaders and the management team to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.   Assist in customer feedback analysis and provide recommendations for improved customer satisfaction and engagement. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Business Development Directors, Finance and Operations teams to facilitate seamless communication and alignment across the whole business.
We are seeking team members who:
  • Skills 
    • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions. 
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook / Word / Excel) and other analysis tools. 
    • Ability to absorb large amounts of data and present back in a concise and coherent manner. 


    • You are familiar with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce) and have experience in managing CRM data and workflows. 
    • Knowledge of sales processes and methodologies. 


    • You are detail oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. 
    • You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and senior management. 


    • You have proven experience (2+ years) in a sales, sales operations, sales support, or data analysis role.
